The Challenge

Understanding the Problem

The client required a scalable, secure, and governable cloud-native infrastructure to support multiple environments and development teams. Managing AWS accounts, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security controls across environments introduced operational complexity, governance challenges, and cost inefficiencies. Additionally, development teams needed faster, standardized infrastructure provisioning without direct AWS access, while maintaining compliance and security best practices.

Our Approach

The Solution

We designed, operated, and continuously evolved a scalable cloud-native AWS and Kubernetes platform built on GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code principles. This included establishing multi-account governance, secure IAM structures, EKS cluster operations, standardized Helm deployments, ArgoCD-based workflows, and a comprehensive observability stack. In addition, we implemented a Kubernetes-based self-service developer platform using Crossplane, enabling teams to provision infrastructure securely without direct cloud access, while ensuring compliance, automation, and long-term architectural stability.
