Understanding the Problem
Client needed to transform private equity (or Venture Capital?) fund data from their accounting system into fully compliant German tax and financial reports at both fund and investor level. The required outputs had to meet strict regulatory standards and support direct electronic submission to German tax authorities, while existing manual and fragmented workflows made the process complex, time-consuming, and compliance-sensitive.
The Solution
We designed and implemented Talix, an enterprise-grade tax processing and compliance platform that transforms private equity fund data into fully compliant German tax and financial reporting outputs at both fund and investor level. The system automates complex tax calculations, generates required financial statements, consolidates reporting packages, and enables direct electronic submission to German tax authorities via ERiC/Elster. By replacing fragmented, manual processes with a scalable, compliance-by-design solution, Talix significantly reduces operational complexity and compliance risk.
